1 ¼ tsp per cup, steep 4-5 min at 94 degrees
Brewed as per instructions, steeping for 4 minutes. You can really smell ginger, with a hint of…orange? Checked ingredients – yep, orange peel. This is one of my all time favourite teas. The blend of the oolong and pu’erh teas really makes a difference here, it’s not heavy at all. Steeped for one more minute, just out of curiosity. Even better. Such a great light tea, perfect for the afternoon.
Edit: Re-steep – 94 degrees for 5 minutes
A bit weak, but still nice. Back in for another 3 minutes. Still a bit weak, but definitely better. I don’t think I’ll be trying to get a second steep out of this kind of tea again.
